Welcome to Severn Talking Therapy
Severn Talking Therapy is a psychological service providing one-to-one counselling, coaching, relationship counselling, supervision for your own counselling practice, training, workshops and consultancy offering individual support to those who experience mental health problems and/or family work for those who live with them.
We work with organisations offering bespoke workshops for your specific workplace concerns. This might include support and advice on well-being, managing stress at work, coping with stressful situations, managing colleagues with mental health problems.
Though the ability to navigate the inner sea of our minds is our birthright...it does not come automatically.

Reflective practice, working relationally, challenge and support are corner stones to supervision: exploring whatever impacts on you individually, in your practice with your clients or supervisees, as a group, or within an organisational context.
